Warning over ‘fake weed’ which makes people think they have worms in their blood



 
Synthetic ‘fake weed’ is at epidemic levels in the central London – with the drug, also known as ‘Spice’ causing psychotic episodes and severe withdrawal symptoms.
The drug – synthetic cannabinoids, which are often sprayed onto a herbal mixture – can also cause terrifying symptoms such as hallucinating that there are worms in your blood, the Evening Standard reported.
The former ‘legal high’ is still widely available since the government’s ban on such substances – and is now at epidemic proportions among rough sleepers, Westminster council said.
