War Horse author Michael Morpurgo reads his LCFC inspired book at Leicester Cathedral



War horse author Michael Morpurgo has given his first book reading in a cathedral - in Leicester.
The 72-year-old writer was joined by author, illustrator and friend Michael Foreman at a reading of his new book the Fox and the Ghost King tonight.
The pair took turns to read from the book, which was written by Michael Morpurgo and illustrated by Michael Foreman.

The event, which started at 7pm, was part of the Everybody's Reading Festival run by Leicester City Council.
All 400 tickets, priced at £4, were sold out.
