Video: Poppyscotland volunteers on why they go the #ExtraMile



Liz McKay, 69, from Broxburn, West Lothian, holds an annual coffee morning in her sheltered housing complex to raise funds for Poppyscotland.
She says: “Poppyscotland send me bunting and balloons, we decorate the whole lounge up and sell homemade tablet and cake.
“There’s a raffle and people have given me lots of prizes – it’s a lovely morning.”
Liz, whose dad was a munitions expert in the RAF, believes it’s important that we remember the Armed Forces, and her dad is often at the back of her mind when she raises money for today’s military."
