Victoria Centre residents say evacuation procedures need to change after 'bomb scare'

Residents of the Victoria Centre flats say evacuation procedures need to change after the second 'bomb scare' at the shopping centre in five months.
Hundreds of shoppers were forced to leave the centre on Saturday, October 15 after a suspicious package was found.
A police cordon was put in place on Upper Parliament Street and Milton Street was closed off.
Army bomb disposal experts were called to the scene and the shopping centre remained closed for almost four hours, but the package was subsequently found to pose no threat to the public.
