Valencia restaurant demolished to make way for new houses in Beverley

A former Mediterranean-style restaurant has been demolished to make way for a new housing development in Beverley.
The old Valencia buildings in Trinity Lane, opposite Beverley Railway Station, are being cleared for a development of four town houses.
New homes, ranging from two-bed to four-bed, have guide prices from £175,000 to £300,000.
Developers Verantsi Property Investments Ltd say the traditional town houses should be completed by March.
