USADA won't punish Nate Diaz for vaping CBD at UFC 202 post-fight press conference
 

The Stockton native was seen inhaling CBD (Cannabidiol) in the post-fight press conference.
CBD is one of 113 active cannabinoids identified in cannabis and its use is strictly prohibited by WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) in-competition.
The in-competition timeframe is six hours before weigh-ins and six hours after the fight.
An investigation was conducted by USADA and they’ve ruled that Diaz started using the prohibited substance under the belief that the in-competition period had ended immediately after his majority-decision loss to ‘The Notorious’.
