Ulverston couple raise funds for charity following life-changing surgery



Helen McMillan, from Ulverston, underwent a hysterectomy at Furness General Hospital earlier this year after suffering from debilitating endometriosis which prevented her from being active or enjoying normal, family life.
The 31-year-old was placed in touch with The Bluebell Foundation, a Barrow-based charity which offers support for people dealing with baby loss or infertility, for help to come to terms with the huge change to her life.
