UKIP MEP Steven Woolfe set for extended hospital stay as he 'reaches out' to Mike Hookem

UKIP MEP Steven Woolfe will remain in hospital for a further 48-hours after being knocked out during an altercation with a colleague.
But Woolfe has reached out a hand of friendship to colleague Mike Hookem, who denies punching the 49-year-old.
Woolfe is currently in hospital in France and another UKIP MEP, Nathan Gill, says he will be kept in as a precaution despite scan results showing no clot in the brain.
