UKIP leadership frontrunner Steven Woolfe QUITS the party after collapsing following 'fight' in European Parliament
 

STEVEN Woolfe, the frontrunner for the leadership of UKIP, who collapsed after allegedly being involved in a physical altercation with a fellow MEP, has sensationally quit the party.
Woolfe, who was barred from standing to replace Nigel Farage in the Summer after allegedly submitting his forms late, will now sit in the European Parliament as an independent.
The 49-year-old was rushed to hospital in Strasbourg earlier this month after allegedly being struck by his colleague Mike Hookem.
