UK rises to seventh MOST COMPETITIVE economy in the world
 

The WEF has said that the UK has beaten Hong Kong, Japan and Finland to reach its highest ranking in the past decade in this year’s reputable global competitiveness index.
It said that the vote to leave the EU would mean that the UK could set regulations that were optimal to the UK instead of having to compromise with other nations. 
The UK got recognition for its digital industries, world class institutions, infrastructure and connections to the international economy. 
The report said: “The UK is currently still the most attractive EU destination for talent.”
