UCI president Brian Cookson admits 'conflict of interest' over Sir Bradley Wiggins's therapeutic use exemptions 



UCI president Brian Cookson has admitted a 'conflict of interest' in the saga over Sir Bradley Wiggins's therapeutic use exemptions for use of corticosteroid triamcinolone in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
The world of cycling has been rocked following Sportsmail's revelations that Wiggins had applied for a TUE to use the drug just before the 2012 Tour de France he won and two other major road races.
