Tyre slasher targets cars parked at Metrolink station

Vandals caused hundreds of pounds of damage to vehicles parked in a Metrolink station’s car park after going on a tyre-slashing rampage.
Witnesses say that two wheels of at least six vehicles were slashed at East Didsbury tram stop on Friday afternoon.
One bystander who contacted the M.E.N. after spotting the damage said they thought that a pair of tyres were punctured on each vehicle so that spare tyres couldn’t then be used to move the cars.
