Two released after man's death in Widnes no longer considered suspicious
 

The death of a man in Widnes is no longer being treated as suspicious by police after a post mortem revealed he died from natural causes.
A Cheshire police spokesman said officers were called by ambulance staff to reports of a 56-year-old man in a ‘critical condition’ at a home on Ridsdale in Ditton at 7.40pm on Thursday, September 28.
Two men – a 41-year-old and a 49-year-old both from the Widnes area – were arrested in connection with the death as officers at first treated it as ‘suspicious’.
