Two NHS boards rapped in damming report
 

THE perilous financial state of a Scots health board has been ­highlighted in a damning report by Audit Scotland.
The report to the Scottish Parliament about NHS Tayside said there is “a ­significant risk they will not achieve their financial plan for 2016-17 and future years”.
In a second report, Audit Scotland said NHS 24 was losing £500,000 every month that their crisis-hit IT system fails to be implemented.
The cost has already risen 73 per cent from the original estimate to £131.2million.
