Two new bars could be created in Derby's Cathedral Quarter
 

Two new bars could be created in Derby's Cathedral Quarter through converting 19th century garages.
Owners Clowes Developments have said the aim is to have them open by early 2018 creating 60 to 70 jobs.
Andrew Bock, from Clowes, said many people may not be aware of the two buildings which are known locally as the "tram sheds" despite never actually being home to trams.
