Two-day closure for Rushden school after classroom fire

A school has been forced to close following a fire in one of its classrooms.
Firefighters were called after a fire broke out at South End Junior School in Wymington Road, Rushden, earlier today (Wednesday).
No-one was injured, but the school has been closed today and will remain closed tomorrow (Thursday) so the building can be aired to get rid of the smell of smoke.
