Two arrests in Grimsby last night linked to armed robbery



Police have given the reason for the armed swoop on a property in Grimsby last night.
Around a dozen police vehicles, including a number of armed response teams, visited the flat in Churchill Way, Grimsby around 7.50pm.
Officers pointed their guns at a man who was led out of the property and into a waiting police car.
A Humberside Police spokeswoman said: “Officers were in attendance as part of an investigation into a robbery reported earlier in Howe Lane, Goxhill at 5.50pm where the driver of a delivery vehicle reported being assaulted with a bladed weapon by two men who then allegedly... read more
