Tributes to 'remarkable' Conwy war veteran who has died aged 101

Stanley Fraser, who was also a scoutmaster, author, entrepreneur and benefactor, died at the age of 101 at the Priory Grange Nursing Home, in Rhos-on-Sea.
In the 1980s, he and his wife Peggy, who lived in Llanelian and ran a paint shop in Colwyn Bay, donated the musical clock at the foot of Station Road in memory of their only child Andrew, who died of cancer at the age of 33.
