Travis Perkins WON'T close any North Wales builders' merchants
 

Builders' merchant and Wickes DIY chain owner Travis Perkins has ruled out closing any North Wales sites as part of their cutbacks.
Travis Perkins announced this morning plans to close more than 30 branches in a move affecting 600 jobs - but did not say which sites would close.
The firm has 11 builders' merchant sites in North Wales in Llandudno , Rhyl , Denbigh , Caernarfon , Bala , Mold , Holyhead , Porthmadog , Queensferry , Wrexham , and Ruabon .
But this afternoon a spokeswoman said that all those sites were secure.
