Tragic pup Tess was probably hit with something hard before death

A family dog found dead in a garden probably died from being hit hard with an unknown object or being struck by a car.
Mike Garbutt, from Wallasey, started a Facebook and Twitter campaign last week to find Tess, his beloved German Shepherd, who he believed was stolen from his front porch.
The 21-month-old German Shepherd went missing last Tuesday and, despite Mike’s appeal for help beign shared 14,000 times, was sadly found dead two days later in a neighbour’s back garden.
Mike, 59, said he found blood in Tess’s mouth which he thinks means she was probably hit hard with something.
