Traders could claim compensation after businesses hit twice in a fortnight by burst water main

Traders claim a second burst water main in a couple of weeks has cost thousands of pounds in lost business.
Retailers in The Parade in Oadby said the number of customers using the shops fell up to 50 percent.
They were complaining that the road was closed for just under three days so Severn Trent Water could fix the problem.
The burst was the second to hit the town centre in less than two weeks.
The Parade was turned into a "running stream" shortly before midday on Tuesday, after a water pipe burst.
