Tourette's syndrome sufferer banned FROM HIS OWN HOME over shouting at neighbours
 

A man with Tourette’s syndrome has been banned from his own home for repeatedly shouting at his neighbours.
Michael Jones, 61, had been recorded shouting through the walls of his home, and had also shouted at them in the street.
That meant Jones was in breach of a suspended prison sentence he had previously been given.
But Flintshire magistrates today heard Jones was not in his right mind when he committed his offences, and had not realised what he was doing.
