Toenail clippings and damp greet students in 'house from hell'
 

Students who moved into an “absolutely horrific” house found toenail clippings and the property was so damp their shoes turned green.
Last summer Liverpool University student Hannah Sillett, 22, moved into the house in the Kensington part of the city.
When arrived she claims the property was in a “dire state”.

Hannah and her three housemates were also horrified to later find the Guelph Street property was riddled with persistent damp.
