Thug who stole Halifax and Natwest bank cards jailed



Christopher Chester, 24, of Springdale Close, Willerby, was jailed for 28 weeks for assault by beating, and stealing Halifax and Natwest bank cards, worth £160. There was no separate penalty for possessing Diazepam. He was made subject to a restraining order indefinitely and must pay a £115 surcharge.
Karl Heslop, 19, of Hutt Street, west Hull, was fined £20, and must have up to 15 days rehabilitation, for having a kitchen knife with a four-inch blade in Dee Street, west Hull. He must pay £85 costs and an £85 surcharge.
