Three men deny Bath tipper truck crash deaths
 

Three men have denied killing four people including a four-year-old girl in a tipper truck crash.
Mitzi Steady, Robert Parker, 59, Philip Allen, 52, and Stephen Vaughan, 34, all died in the crash on 9 February 2015.
Bristol Crown Court heard the victims were struck by a lorry carrying aggregate in Lansdown Lane, Bath.
Ahead of the start of the trial on Tuesday, driver Phillip Potter, 20, denied causing the deaths by dangerous and careless driving.
Mr Potter, of Dauntsey, Wiltshire, denies a total of 10 charges against him.
