Threat of fines has made 'no difference' to parking problems outside school



PARKING outside Crosby Primary School is getting "worse and worse" despite an experimental parking order put in place by North Lincolnshire Council.
Complaints have been made by residents on Chatterton Crescent where cars have been parking on the street and obstructing ambulances and fire engines that need to get to elderly residents.
Michael Kenny, 72, who lives on the street, said that the experimental order has made little difference.
