Thousands of foodies expected at 'best ever' Hamper Llangollen



Rapid truffle-making, scores of fresh local produce and a glimpse into the culinary world of Luciano Pavarotti are on the menu at this weekend’s Hamper Llangollen.
The two day food-festival takes place in the town’s Pavilion this Saturday and Sunday (October 15 and 16) and Welsh culinary star Dai “Chef” Davies will be preparing a symphony for the tastebuds.
He will be recreating one of the dishes he cooked for legendary tenor Pavarotti when he spent a week as his personal chef at the Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod in 1995.
