'This must never happen again': River safety plea from devastated family of tragic Kathleen Harkin
 

THE family of schoolgirl Kathleen Harkin have pleaded with her friends to take care beside the river when they are leaving floral tributes in her honour.
The 15-year-old went missing on Saturday night and her body was pulled from the River Tay near Perth on Monday afternoon.
Kathleen’s family have posted pictures on a memorial page of flowers laid at the scene.
They said people going to the area should do so in daylight, making sure they are not alone and having told someone their plans.
