This is what Ryanair passengers should do if their flight has been cancelled



Ryanair has been warned by the Civil Aviation Authority that it has until 5pm today to meet its obligations to customers caught up in the cancellation farce.
The budget airline has been instructed to tell passengers that they are entitled to be rerouted with another flight operator, and explain how to do so.
The carrier must also publicly confirm that it will reimburse expenses accrued as a result of the cancellations - something Ryanair has failed to do.
