Weight Watchers has announced they are dropping the terms "before" and "after."
The slimming company, which has many members across Birmingham, confirmed the move in an announcement yesterday.
The firm wants to promote long-term change and a lifestyle change which can last forever.
And they are concerned that the terms lend weight to short-term, yo-yo dieting, reports the Mirror.
