This is how St Helens could look after an “Albert Dock” style transformation.
The proposal, first unveiled in August, is part of the council’s ambitious scheme to revamp the town.
Plans for the shopping quarter, essentially the town centre, include improving public spaces and pedestrian access and making extensive improvements to offer more bars, shops and restaurants.
