An east Hull mum is battling motor neurone disease at the age of just 33.
The disease has left Kate Green almost completely unable to talk, but her friends say she remains positive.
Six of Kate's closest friends have now had themselves inked with matching tattoos in a tribute to their "inspirational" pal.
Motor neurone disease (MND) is a degenerative condition which results in the body's muscles gradually disintegrating.
