Thieves steal charity boxes from Ilkeston hospital twice in two weeks
 

Thieves stole charity cash from collection boxes at an Ilkeston hospital twice in two weeks - raiding a tea and coffee booth run by local volunteers.
Members of the League of Friends of Ilkeston Community Hospital charity were devastated after finding their hard-earned donations had been snatched.
The Friends, who raise money for the hospital, have struggled to catch the culprits as no CCTV was available and no arrests have been made.
Crooks first made off with a collection box, owned by the friends group, between 5.30pm on August 5 and 7.30am on August 8.
