These photos show the real Boaty McBoatface in all its glory

There was an ocean-sized row when killjoy Tories sank the name Boaty McBoatface.
But despite months of argument it has been given a glittering launch after all - led by Sir David Attenborough.
No, it wasn't the 53-tonne piece of hull Sir David lowered into place. That'll be for the £200m polar research ship named after him.
It was the yellow submarine dangling over the watching crowd.
Scientists cheekily showed off the little unmanned vessel as they began building their prized ship today in Birkhenhead.
