This is how an abandoned block of luxury apartments are to be transformed after EIGHT years as an eyesore.
Work on Hickory Grange development in Whitefield - a £9.5m scheme in Higher Lane - started in 2008 and was supposed to deliver 24 'executive' apartments.
It was built on the site of the former Whitefield Golf Club’s old clubhouse and car park.
The M.E.N. revealed earlier this year that the site had been sold by developers Stuart Milne Homes.
