Theresa May agrees to Brexit debate in Parliament before Article 50
 

Theresa May has conceded that parliament will need to have a ‘full and transparent’ debate over Brexit before triggering Article 50 to leave the EU.
In a last-minute U-turn on Tuesday night, the PM accepted a Labour motion calling for MPs to have more of a say in the Brexit strategy.
