There are no music stars fit to follow the Stones: Harvey Goldsmith on ticket resellers and why he is promoting Bear Grylls 



Legendary promoter Harvey Goldsmith has bestrode the entertainment industry for decades, working with the biggest grossing acts in the world from The Rolling Stones to Pavarotti and Cirque du Soleil.
But despite turning 70 this year, Goldsmith still works at a ferocious pace. ‘I work seven days a week, 20 hours a day,’ he says.
Perhaps it is that fierce work rate that makes him so furious not only with black market ticket touts, but with the huge ticket resellers – such as Viagogo and StubHub - which he says snap up tickets and sell them at a vast profit.
