The massive difference in house prices in areas just minutes away from each other



House prices can vary massively across Birmingham - with houses in some wards costing double what you’d pay in neighbouring areas.
Exclusive analysis of property prices in every council ward in England and Wales has revealed that the divide between Harborne and neighbouring Soho in Birmingham is among largest in the country.
The median price paid for a property in Harborne during the last quarter of 2016 was £269,900, two and a half times higher than in Soho , where the median price was £112,098.
