New homes are being planned that could change the face of Wirral – from a new cul-de-sac to flats on the site of disused buildings and plans to turn old pubs into houses.
Some of the latest plans approved by Wirral Council will see new affordable homes built in Rock Ferry and a new block of flats in Egremont, while a former nursing home in New Brighton is being converted into apartments.
In Eastham, debate is raging over proposals by Old Anselmians Rugby Club for 21 houses and a new sports pavilion and community facility.
