The M6 stretch Midland commuters are stuck on for 17 hours a year

Drivers in the West Midlands are spending on average more than half a day a year stuck in traffic on one troublesome section of the M6.
New research says motorists have to endure 17 hours sitting in jams on the section from junction ten at Wolverhampton to junction seven in north Birmingham.
It has an average speed of just 39mph during peak hours, making it the most-congested commuter route in the West Midlands.
The worst time of all is Monday at 8am, when average speeds drop to 23mph.
