The Lincolnshire man who wrote Thriller dies - world pays tribute



Tributes have poured in after the death of Rod Temperton, the songwriter from Lincolnshire who wrote Thriller.
The musician, songwriter and producer was a pupil at De Aston in Market Rasen.
He died in London after "a brief, aggressive battle with cancer", said Jon Platt of Warner/Chappell music publishing.
He had been instrumental in Michael Jackson's rise to the peak of the musical world.
