The incredible 'cathedral' built by TERMITES: Intricate structure works as an air conditioning unit for the creatures' underground home



An incredible image shared by one of the world's leading evolutionary biologists has revealed a 'cathedral' built by termites.
Professor Richard Dawkins tweeted an eye-catching image of the spectacular structure, constructed with 'no architect' and 'no blueprint, not even in DNA.'
The renowned scientist revealed that termites use the intricate structure - which resemble the Sagrada Familia - as an air conditioning unit for the creatures' underground home.
