0 Have your say Provisional end-of-school results have been released for the first time following the new Progress 8 measure.
Year 11 students in Pocklington and Market Weighton picked up their GCSE results in August which marked the end of two years of hard work.
This year is the first time the league table is based on the Progress 8 performance measure. This is based on eight subject and shows the national average of how students have improved compared to other schools. It replaces the five A* to C measure.
Progress 8 is measured between 1 and -1 with 0 being the national average.... read more
