The embittered ex-director who could sink gold miner Goldstone Resources

Shares in miner Goldstone Resources tumbled more than 13 per cent yesterday after it revealed it was being sued by a former director in a claim that could wipe out its cash reserves.

He was paid £171,000 a year, plus bonuses and share options but the former exploration director left the London-listed company in 2014 in a restructuring driven by its biggest shareholder Stratex International.
