The charity offering vital support to those newly diagnosed with dementia



Anyone who has tried to sort out help and support for a loved one with dementia will know what a minefield it is - but it is out there.
Crossroads is a service helping newly diagnosed dementia sufferers and their families.
It is the more recognised name for the Carers Trust in North Wales - a charity commissioned by Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board to bring all dementia services together for those with the condition.
It celebrated its first birthday at Oriel House, St Asaph, and brought together trustees, coordinators and those who use the service.
