Tesco parking shake-up at St Stephen's should go ahead, Hull City Council says



Council planning officers are backing moves by Tesco to restrict parking at its city centre store.
They are recommending approval for the new measures when the plans go before councillors on Wednesday.
The retail giant wants to bring in a new parking system which allows customers to park for free for up to two hours if they spend a minimum of £5 in the Tesco Extra store in St Stephen's shopping centre.
