Terms agreed for new intu Broadmarsh cinema

The £75m redevelopment of the Broadmarsh has taken a "significant" step forward after owner intu agreed terms to bring a new cinema to the centre.
The company, which also owns the Victoria Centre in Nottingham, will start work on revamping the mall next year to bring the new cinema, restaurants and convenience retail to the southern end of the city.
Further details about which operator will run the cinema are not expected to be made public until the deal has been finalised.
