Ten to be charged over fraternity hazing death of university student
 

Ten people are expected to be charged over the fraternity hazing death of a college freshman.
Maxwell Gruver, of Georgia, died after a night of drinking at a Phi Delta Theta frat party at Louisiana State University (LSU).
An autopsy report revealed Gruver had a ‘highly-elevated’ blood alcohol level and traces of THC in his system when he was found on Thursday September 14.
Police launched an investigation into the death of the 18-year-old and warrants were issued for ten members of the fraternity on Wednesday, reports KATC.
