Teesside director disqualified for eight years after breaching disqualification order
 

The director of a shopfitting company has been banned from managing companies for eight years after breaching a disqualification order.
David Thompson was originally handed a ban running between November 2013 to May 2017.
However he continued to act as a director in the successor company, Concept 9 during that time.
An investigation by the Insolvency Service discovered that despite not being an appointed director of Concept 9, Thompson, 55, from Acklam , continued to act as a director in running the company.
