Teenage girl still 'critical' after being hit by a car in Heswall
 

A teenage girl remains in a critical condition after a being hit by a car in Heswall .
Emergency services were called to Telegraph Road at about 7.35pm on Thursday night to reports a red Hyundai i20 had been involved in a collision with a female pedestrian.
The girl, 17, suffered a head injury and after being treated at the scene by paramedics was taken to Aintree hospital.
This evening a police spokesman told the ECHO that the teenager was still in a ‘critical’ condition.
